In the first three quarters, the economic operation of the oil and chemical industry was generally stable with steady growth. The situation shows that the overall oil and gas and chemical production in the country remained generally normal, the market supply and demand remained basically stable, prices continued to rise, and the benefits stabilized. However, the cost of the industry has picked up rapidly in recent years; the investment in fixed assets has dropped significantly; and the pressure on the import and export of the chemical market continues to increase.
