自发性膀胱破裂临床上较少见。我院1964～1985年共收治膀胱破裂42例,其中外伤性膀胱破裂31例(73.8%)。医源性损伤致膀胱破裂5例(12%),自发性膀胱破裂6例(14.3%)。现将6例自发性膀胱破裂报告如下:临床资料一、一般资料男5例,女1例。年龄22～72岁,平均44.7岁。下尿路有梗阻性病变者4例,其中前列腺增生症伴急性尿潴留1例,女性膀胱颈硬化症伴急性尿潴留1例,尿道外伤性疤痕狭窄伴急性尿潴留2例,破裂部位:前
Spontaneous bladder rupture is clinically rare. In our hospital from 1964 to 1985 were treated 42 cases of bladder rupture, including 31 cases of traumatic bladder rupture (73.8%). Iatrogenic injury caused by bladder rupture in 5 cases (12%), spontaneous bladder rupture in 6 cases (14.3%).
