《易经》作为群经之首、大道之源,蕴涵着深厚的文化根基与哲学思想,是中华民族千百年来的智慧结晶,其管理的艺术之道为舞台表演艺术管理提供深厚的行事圭臬。本文以易学文化为根,挖掘《易经》中的管理要义,探究其对表演艺术管理不同维度间融合、平衡的深远意义。旨在将中国传统思想根种于文化艺术的门庭里,实现表演艺术各个领域和谐良性运转与持续发展。
The Book of Changes, as the head of the mass group and source of the avenue, contains profound cultural roots and philosophical thoughts. It is the crystallization of wisdom of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. The art of management of the Book of Changes provides a profound approach to the management of stage performance art Gui 臬. Based on Yi-ology culture, this paper explores the essence of management in the Book of Changes and explores its far-reaching significance for the integration and balance of different dimensions of performance art management. Aiming at rooting the Chinese traditional ideology in the front of culture and the arts and achieving the harmonious and sound operation and sustainable development in all fields of performing arts.
