目的:观察中药苦参碱对卵巢癌3AO细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法:应用不同浓度的苦参碱作用3AO细胞,分别用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学改变;MTT法检测苦参碱对3AO细胞的增殖抑制作用;流式细胞仪检测苦参碱对3AO细胞凋亡的影响。结果:苦参碱具有抑制卵巢癌3AO细胞增殖的作用,并呈明显的时间-剂量依赖性;在苦参碱作用下,3AO细胞出现凋亡改变;FCM检测结果显示经苦参碱作用后,细胞的凋亡率增加,呈现时间-剂量依赖性。结论:苦参碱能诱导卵巢癌细胞凋亡,抑制卵巢癌细胞增殖。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of matrine on the proliferation of ovarian cancer 3AO cells. METHODS: 3AO cells were treated with different concentrations of matrine. Morphological changes were observed by inverted microscope. The proliferation of 3AO cells was detected by MTT assay. Apoptosis of 3AO cells was detected by flow cytometry Impact. Results: Matrine could inhibit the proliferation of 3AO cells in ovarian cancer cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. Under the action of matrine, apoptosis of 3AO cells was observed. FCM showed that after matrine treatment, Cell apoptosis rate increased, showing a time - dose-dependent. Conclusion: Matrine can induce the apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells and inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells.
