在党的“让一部分人先富起来”的政策召唤下,我国城乡涌动着一股经久不息的致富热潮,许许多多的人,以自己的才智和劳动,过上了好日子。其中有相当多的人,生活已达到了相当富裕的程度。 一部分人先富起来了,但这并不表明在我国已解决了贫困问题。实际情况是,我国仍有相当多的老百姓生活还有困难,还有6500万人口没有解决贫困问题,就是在经济比较发达的地区,也仍然有一些地方,有一些老百姓生活在贫困线以下。
In the wake of the party’s policy of “letting some people get rich first”, the urban and rural areas in our country are surging up with an endless stream of people who have enjoyed prosperity. Many people, with their talents and workmanship, have a good life. There are quite a few of them, and life has reached a level of affluence. Some people get rich first, but that does not mean that poverty has been solved in our country. The actual situation is that there are still quite a few people in our country who still have difficulties in their daily lives. There are still 65 million people who have not solved the poverty problem. Even in economically developed areas, there are still some places where some people live below the poverty line.
