城镇化建设是我国现阶段大众谈论的热点话题。随着城镇化建设的发展,二、三产业产值在国内生产总值中的比重会持续增加,而第三产业产值比重增加尤其明显。在增加的第三产业比例中,贡献较大的主要是中小企业,而中小企业的经营与管理综合评价体系建设尚不完善。文章以此为出发点,探讨在城镇化视域下的中小企业经营管理综合评价存在的问题,并运用统计理论中综合指数法、因素分析法等构建适合的综合评价体系,以期为城镇化建设提供理论与实践支持。
Urbanization is a hot topic to talk about at the present stage in our country. With the development of urbanization, the proportion of the secondary and tertiary industries in the GDP will continue to increase, while the proportion of the tertiary industry in output will increase especially. Among the increased proportion of tertiary industry, the major contributors are small and medium-sized enterprises, while the comprehensive evaluation system for the management and operation of small and medium-sized enterprises is not perfect. Based on this, the article explores the problems existing in SMEs’ comprehensive evaluation of SMEs in the context of urbanization, and constructs a suitable comprehensive evaluation system based on the comprehensive index method and factor analysis in statistical theory so as to provide urbanization with a view to providing Theoretical and practical support.
