重大决策法治化是当代政府决策改革和发展的目标选择,其根本目的是为了确保科学决策、依法决策,推动依法行政。而县级政府不仅是县域内首要决策机关,也是执行国家大政方针政策的枢纽,具有十分重要的基础意义。当前,在法治实践中,一些县级政府的失误所导致的重大社会事件、特大经济损失时有发生。对此本文就县级政府在重大决策法治化过程中存在的主要问题和对策谈点个人看法,以规范政府的行政行为,推动政府重大决策的法治化进程。
The rule of law of major decisions is the target choice for the policy-making reform and development of the contemporary government. Its fundamental purpose is to ensure scientific decision-making and legal decision-making and to promote the administration according to law. County-level government is not only the chief decision-making organ in the county, but also the hub of the implementation of the state’s policies and policies, which has very important basic significance. At present, in the practice of the rule of law, some major social events and huge economic losses caused by mistakes made by some county governments occur from time to time. In this paper, the county-level government in major legal decision-making process of major problems and countermeasures personal point of view, to regulate the government’s administrative behavior, promote the government’s decision-making process of the rule of law.
