本文列出了攀钢三高炉的热能分配和热能利用指标;根据碳比图和操作线图分析了攀钢三高炉在现有原料条件及冶炼条件下的节能潜力。据此分析讨论了攀钢三高炉节能途径,认为攀钢三高炉节能还大有潜力,在经过一定时期的艰苦奋斗和努力研究之后,攀钢三高炉焦比可降低到460公斤/吨以下的先进水平。
This paper lists the thermal energy distribution and heat utilization indicators of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. According to the carbon ratio diagram and operation diagram, the energy saving potential of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. under the existing raw material conditions and smelting conditions is analyzed. Based on this analysis, the energy saving ways of the third blast furnace in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. are analyzed and discussed. The third blast furnace in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. holds great potential for energy saving. After a long period of hard work and hard work, the coke ratio of Panzhihua No.3 blast furnace can be reduced to 460 kg / Advanced level.
