Xinjiang Oilfield Branch under the China National Petroleum Corporation, China’s western region is the largest oil producer. Crude oil output in 2002 reached 10.1 million tons, ranking fourth in China’s onshore oil fields. Since the establishment of the company in January 2000, the party committee of the Company has focused on the goal of accelerating the development of “three trilogy” in Xinjiang Oilfield.
