近年来研究各种慢性肺疾病时很注意研究支气管分泌物及其组分。支气管分泌物的组分首先取决于支气管上皮的分泌功能,支气管树炎症时痰液中唾液酸和蛋白质的含量增高。本文研究粉尘性支气管炎和尘肺患者支气管分泌物的生化组分。检查了44名工人,铸工25名、砌耐火砖工5名、矿工5名、电焊工4名、磨工2名,接触含金属气溶胶者3名;年龄29~60岁。其中确诊为尘肺患者14名(0~Ⅰ期4名、Ⅱ~Ⅲ期10名),粉尘性支气管炎患
In recent years, when studying various chronic lung diseases, attention is paid to the study of bronchial secretions and their components. The composition of bronchial secretions depends first and foremost on the secretion of bronchial epithelium, bronchial tree inflammation, sputum sialic acid and protein content increased. This article studies the biochemical composition of bronchial secretions in patients with dusty bronchitis and pneumoconiosis. Forty-four workers, 25 foundry workers, 5 refractory brick masters, 5 miners, 4 welders, 2 mill workers and 3 metal-containing aerosols were interviewed; aged 29 to 60. Among them, 14 were diagnosed as pneumoconiosis patients (4 patients in stage 0 to stage Ⅰ, 10 stage Ⅱ to Ⅲ), patients with dust bronchitis
