白背木耳具有毛木耳的清脆性和黑木耳的柔软性,成分与黑木耳基本相似,是一种保健食品。其最大特点是适应性强,抗杂强,产量高,管理粗放且耐高温,是食用菌周年生产比较理想的配套品种。笔者利用香菇棚夏季栽培白背木耳获得高产,现总结如下: 一、生物学特征 白背木耳是一种中温、恒温结实性菌类,较耐高温。菌丝生长温度在3~35℃,适温25~30℃,子实体生长温度在18~32℃,
