目的通过研究溴氰菊酯对德国小蠊若虫和成虫的AChE和GSTs的影响,探讨溴氰菊酯在化学防治德国小蠊中的作用。方法用药膜法测定东营市野外品系的德国小蠊的KT50;每隔一段时间选取与药膜接触的活体德国小蠊若虫,冰浴匀浆后用试剂盒测定AChE和GSTs的活力。结果溴氰菊酯对德国小蠊的成虫和若虫的KT50相差不大,分别为19.9min和18.7min,差异无统计学意义。德国小蠊的若虫与成虫对GSTs有较大差异,成虫的GSTs活力是若虫的2倍多。经溴氰菊酯诱导后,若虫在35min相对活性最高,达175%。对成虫的GSTs诱导作用在30min时诱导率达最高,为109.93%。结论生测结果显示,溴氰菊酯对AChE有抑制作用,对GSTs有诱导作用,对酶的活性抑制及诱导效应与时间成正相关。
Objective To study the effect of deltamethrin on the AChE and GSTs in the nymphs and adults of Blattella germanica, and to explore the role of deltamethrin in the chemical control of the Blattella germanica. Methods KT50 of Blattella germanica was determined by membrane method in the field of Dongying City. The live naturoplasma germanica nymphs contacted with the membrane were selected at regular intervals. The activity of AChE and GSTs was determined by the kit after ice bath homogenization. Results The deltamethrin showed no significant difference in KT50 between adult and nymphs of German cockroach, 19.9 and 18.7 min, respectively, with no significant difference. The nymphs and adults of German cockroach have greater differences in GSTs, and their adult GSTs activity is more than twice that of nymphs. After deltamethrin induction, nymphs had the highest relative activity at 35 min, reaching 175%. The induction rate of adult GSTs at 30min was the highest, which was 109.93%. Conclusion The results of bioassay showed that deltamethrin could inhibit AChE and induce GSTs. The inhibitory and inducing effects on enzyme activity were positively correlated with time.
