习近平总书记指出,领导干部要真正把读书学习当做一种生活态度、一种工作责任、一种精神追求,自觉做到爱读书读好书善读书。当前,经济发展进入新常态,新的形势带来新的任务和挑战,没有现成的经验可循,没有统一的模式可用。有的领导干部面对新情况、新问题,时常陷入手足无措的局面,出现“本领恐慌”。因此,领导干部要加强读书学习,在日常工作中培养乐于读书、善于思考的习惯。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: Leading cadres should truly regard reading study as a way of life, a job responsibility, a spiritual pursuit, and a conscious effort to love reading and reading a good book. At present, economic development has entered a new normal. The new situation has brought new tasks and challenges. There is no ready-made experience to follow and no unified model is available. Some leading cadres face new situations and new problems and often fall into the know-how situation, resulting in “panic ”. Therefore, leading cadres should strengthen reading study and cultivate their habit of reading and being good at thinking in their daily work.
