吴海生(合肥钢铁公司医院)报道:一位50岁女患者,口服敌敌畏150ml急诊入院。有频繁呕吐、呼吸急促、两便失禁和昏迷。体检:体温37.4℃,脉搏130次,呼吸36次,血压110/90。口唇紫绀,瞳孔5mm,等大等圆,对光反射迟钝。心肺(一)。在用一般抢救措施同时,立即以阿托品300mg静滴,另以10mg╱5分钟×14次、15mg/5分钟×4次、20mg/8分钟×12次、30mg/5分钟×57次、40mg/5分钟×25次、40mg/1分钟×20次、30mg/15分钟×6次、30mg/20分钟×6次静脉注射。总量达6,077,5mg,病人逐渐清醒。
