观察维生素K_1(VK_1)对大鼠、家兔及豚鼠离体子宫,活动的影响。结果表明:VK_1对未妊和妊娠子宫的正常活动无明显影响。对用催产素引起兴奋的子宫呈现抑制作用,剂量增大,抑制作用增强,一定剂量的VK_1对妊娠早期和妊娠晚期大鼠离体子宫的抑制作用有显著差异。VK_1治疗痛经有效,其机理可能在于对兴奋状态子宫的抑制作用。本实验未见VK_1对子宫有兴奋作用。因此,在妊娠期间用其止血和预防新生儿出血可能是安全的。
The effects of vitamin K1 (VK_1) on isolated uterus in rats, rabbits and guinea pigs were observed. The results showed that: VK_1 had no significant effect on the normal activities of unpregnant and pregnant uterus. The uterus with oxytocin-induced uterus exhibited inhibitory effects. The dose increased, and the inhibitory effect was enhanced. The inhibitory effect of a certain dose of VK-1 on isolated uterus in early pregnancy and late pregnancy was significantly different. VK_1 is effective in treating dysmenorrhea, and its mechanism may lie in the inhibition of the uterus in the excited state. No excitotoxic effect of VK_1 on the uterus was observed in this experiment. Therefore, it may be safe to use it to stop bleeding and prevent neonatal bleeding during pregnancy.
