群众文化档案管理工作在构建现代公共文化服务体系维护公民文化权益等方面具有重要意义。当前,县级群众文化档案管理工作中还存在着很多突出问题,严重阻碍了县级公共文化服务体系建设的发展。因此,必须重视并强化领导及管理人员的档案意识,提高档案管理人员的业务技能,创新档案管理工作的服务方式,健全档案管理工作的服务制度,努力推进县级群众文化档案管理工作的创新。
The management of mass cultural archives is of great significance in building a modern public cultural service system and safeguarding citizens’ cultural rights and interests. At present, there are still many prominent problems in the management of county-level cultural archives, which seriously hindered the development of county-level public cultural service system. Therefore, it is necessary to attach importance to and strengthen the archives awareness of leaders and managers, improve the operational skills of archivists, innovate the service mode of archives management, perfect the service system of archives management and strive to promote the innovation of county archives management.
