目的探讨分析南宁市2003~2008年学校食物中毒的发生规律和特点,为制定预防措施及预警机制提供依据。方法依据《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》,按食物中毒发生的时间分布、致病因素、中毒食品分类等内容进行归类统计分析。结果2003~2008年南宁市学校发生食物中毒共36起,中毒734人,无死亡病例。细菌性引起的食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多,共17起,中毒380人,分别占调查总数的47.22%和51.77%;农村学校食物中毒占主要。结论学校是食物中毒事件高发场所,农村学校发生较多,应引起教育及卫生部门高度重视,采取有效防控措施和预警机制,预防食物中毒事件发生。
Objective To analyze the rules and characteristics of school food poisoning in Nanning from 2003 to 2008, and provide basis for making preventive measures and early warning mechanism. Methods According to “Diagnostic Criteria of Food Poisoning and Technical Processing General Principles”, the statistical analysis was carried out according to the time distribution of food poisoning, the risk factors and the classification of poisoned food. Results From 2003 to 2008, there were 36 food poisoning cases in schools in Nanning City, with 734 cases of poisoning and no deaths. The number of bacterial poisoning caused by food poisoning and the largest number, a total of 17, poisoning 380 people, accounting for 47.22% and 51.77% of the total survey; rural school food poisoning is the main. Conclusions The school is a high incidence of food poisoning incidents and occurs more in rural schools. Education and health departments should pay close attention to this situation and take effective prevention and control measures and early warning mechanisms to prevent food poisoning incidents.
