经阴囊皮肤直接穿刺输精管药物注射绝育术由于具有非手术和不切断输精管及并发症相对较低等特点,易被人们接受。80年代以来国内外报道较多,但在我省应用的情况少见报道。我们于1992年2月至4月在贵州独山县作了100例输精管药物注射绝育术。并对93例受术者进行了术后两年的系统观察,报道如下。
