本文主要论述了低洼盐碱地的治理与资源的高效利用及保护，提高系统产出水平，理顺人与自然界的关系，从恶性循环中挣脱出来，充分发挥土地和生物资源优势。通过改善洼地农田生态环境，使昔日荒废的低洼盐碱土地资源，变成了今日的渔牧果粮商品生产基地，促进了全县农业和农村经济的快速发展。
This paper mainly discusses the treatment of low-lying saline-alkali land and the efficient use and protection of resources to improve the system output level, straighten out the relationship between man and nature, from the vicious circle to break free and give full play to advantages of land and biological resources. By improving the ecological environment of the depression farmland, the deserted low-salinity saline-alkali land resources in the past have become the production bases of today’s fishery, pasture and grain commodities and promoted the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy in the county.
