为了提高车轮的耐磨性 ,莫斯科铁路在相当长的时间内从事采用等离子处理技术进行轮缘和车轮踏面的硬化处理试验。莫斯科铁路初期进行的试验产生了很有希望的结果 ,即车轮采用等离子技术处理后 ,其使用寿命从 6.7× 1 0 4 km提高到 1 5.5× 1 0 4 km,因此 ,莫斯科铁路新建了 4个工厂 ,以便采用等离子技术处理其他车轮。在过去几年中 ,每个月在 30多台不同的试验设备上对采用等离子技术处理的车轮和未采用此项技术处理的车轮进行了对比试验。本文提供了所获得的试验结果
In order to improve the wear resistance of the wheels, the Moscow Railroad has been engaged in the hardening test of rim and wheel tread with plasma treatment technology for a long time. The initial experiments carried out on the Moscow Railroad have produced promising results that the service life of the wheel after plasma treatment has been increased from 6.7 × 10 4 km to 1 5.5 × 10 4 km and therefore the Moscow railway has 4 new Factories to use plasma technology to process other wheels. In the past few years, comparative tests have been conducted with plasma-treated wheels and wheels without this technology on more than 30 different test equipment every month. This article provides the experimental results obtained
