视频监控图像侦查是在计算机技术迅速发展的基础上,基于安全防范以及公安实战的需求上,而渐渐兴起的一种新的侦查模式,对于侦查破案以及实施监控等具有重要的作用。而在我们对监控视频进行分析调取的时候,为了获取优质的视频影像,就需要用到图像处理技术对模糊的图像进行处理,从而获取最为清晰的影像资料。图像处理技术的应用,会极大程度的提高视频监控侦查工作的效率,对于这项工作的开展具有实际的指导价值。本文在阐述图像处理技术基本概念的基础之上,分析了模糊图像处理技术,自动识别技术以及视频图像的分析和理解等在视频监控图像侦查中的应用,希望能够起到一定的作用。
Video Surveillance Image Reconnaissance is a new reconnaissance mode based on the rapid development of computer technology and based on the requirements of security prevention and actual combat of public security. It plays an important role in reconnaissance and detection and monitoring. When we analyze and retrieve the monitoring video, we need the image processing technology to process the blurred image in order to get the best video image, so as to obtain the clearest image data. The application of image processing technology will greatly improve the efficiency of video surveillance and detection work, which has practical guiding value for the development of this work. Based on the basic concepts of image processing technology, this paper analyzes the application of fuzzy image processing technology, automatic identification technology and the analysis and understanding of video images in video surveillance image detection, hoping to play a certain role.
