The mass experimental activities of the countryside cable broadcasting underground line (hereinafter referred to as the underground line) began in 1963 in Chenghai County, Guangdong Province and Zou County, Shandong Province. The experiment proved that the underground line was implemented in the Tianjin Conference of 1973 Rural cable broadcasting transmission should be based on the line of the main measures. In the recent two years, some counties, social party committees and leaders of radio systems at all levels have drawn great attention. They have put this task on the agenda and carried out experiments systematically and in a planned way and have achieved remarkable results.
