浸入式水口的堵塞问题仍然是影响连铸工艺的一个关键问题,为解决水口堵塞问题人们提出了一些改善水口堵塞问题的措施,如优化水口形状、提高钢水洁净度等。试验采用对水口施加脉冲电流的手段改善水口堵塞问题。研究在实验室条件下,调查脉冲电流对Al_2O_3等夹杂物迁移行为的影响,发现施加脉冲电流的试样负极附近的Al_2O_3夹杂明显多于未施加脉冲电流试样,表明施加脉冲电流能够使钢液中Al_2O_3夹杂向负极迁移。现场应用试验结果表明,在连铸浸入式水口上施加脉冲电流能够有效降低水口的堵塞程度,防止结瘤。
The plugging problem of submerged nozzle is still a key issue affecting the continuous casting process. To solve the problem of nozzle clogging, some measures to improve the nozzle clogging are proposed, such as optimizing the nozzle shape and improving the cleanliness of the molten steel. The test used to impose a pulse current on the nozzle means to improve the blockage of the nozzle. The influence of pulse current on the migration behavior of Al 2 O 3 and other inclusions was investigated under laboratory conditions. It was found that the inclusion of Al 2 O 3 in the vicinity of the negative pole of the sample with pulse current was significantly more than the sample without pulse current, which indicated that the pulse current could make the molten steel Al_2O_3 inclusions migrate to the negative electrode. Field application test results show that, in the continuous casting submerged nozzle impulse current can effectively reduce the blockage of the nozzle to prevent nodulation.
