目的:观察知母宁对豚鼠哮喘发作的预防作用并探讨部分机制。方法:将67只豚鼠随机分为:正常对照组;哮喘组;知母宁组;地塞米松组及知母宁+地塞米松组。观察肺/体重比值;诱喘时间;哮喘持续时间;血清及肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素1(ET1)水平的变化。结果:①知母宁组豚鼠诱喘时间及哮喘持续时间均较哮喘组明显延长;抽搐发生率明显低于哮喘组;肺组织炎性反应明显减轻,与地塞米松组接近。②知母宁组血清NO及BALF中ET1水平均较哮喘组显著下降,也与地塞米松组相似。结论:知母宁有与肾上腺糖皮质激素相似的预防哮喘发作的作用。可能部分通过减少NO和ET1生成而起作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the preventive effect of Zhimining on asthmatic attacks in guinea pigs and to explore some mechanisms. METHODS: A total of 67 guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group, asthma group, Zhimanning group, dexamethasone group, Zhimining+dexamethasone group. Observe the lung/body weight ratio; asthma induction time; duration of asthma; change of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). RESULTS: 1 The time of asthma induction and the duration of asthma in the guinea pigs in the Zhimuning group were significantly longer than those in the asthma group. The incidence of convulsions was significantly lower than that in the asthma group. The inflammatory reaction in the lung tissue was significantly reduced and was similar to that in the dexamethasone group. 2 The levels of serum NO and BALF in the Zhimuning group were significantly lower than those in the asthma group, and similar to those in the dexamethasone group. CONCLUSION: Anemarrhenae has an effect similar to that of adrenal corticosteroids in preventing asthma attacks. May partly work by reducing NO and ET-1 production
