在县(区)人武部改归地方建制开始之际,我们访问了沈阳军区政治部李文卿主任,请他就做好移交中的思想工作问题,发表了谈话。李主任指出,县(市)人武部移交,时间紧,任务重,涉及面广,政策性强,加之以前缺乏这方面的经验,势必会遇到一些具体问题。因此,人武系统的各级党委、机关要切实加强移交中的思想政治工作。
When the county (district) people's armed forces department reverted to the beginning of local establishment, we visited Li Wenqing, director of the Political Department of the Shenyang Military Region, and asked him to make a speech on the ideological work in the transfer. Director Li pointed out that the handover of county and city people's armed forces units is time-bound, heavy-handed, involves a wide range of policies and is strong. In the past, this lack of experience in the armed forces will inevitably encounter some specific problems. Therefore, the party committees and organs at all levels of the armed forces system must conscientiously strengthen the ideological and political work in the transfer.
