俄罗斯经济发展中尚存在许多不利因素,面向21世纪俄罗斯经济发展取向仍处于扑朔迷离的状态。由于被迫实行卢布贬值而获得的经济效应,实行冻结债务支付政策而减轻了政府负担,谋求加入巴黎俱乐部而使得国内金融形势趋向稳定,国际市场石油价格上涨受益匪浅,奉行国家利益原则在科索沃危机中得到实惠,使俄罗斯经济形势出现转机。加上俄罗斯资源丰富、人才一流、科技领先、人心思定,又可在经济全球化进程中趋利避害,从而使其面向21世纪经济的发展具有广阔的前景。
There are still many unfavorable factors in Russia’s economic development. In the 21st century, the orientation of Russia’s economic development is still in a complicated and confusing state. The economic effects of the forced ruble depreciation and the implementation of the policy of freezing the debts have lightened the burden on the government and sought to join the Paris Club to stabilize the domestic financial situation. The rise in oil prices in the international market has benefited greatly and the principle of national interest in Kosovo Benefit from the crisis, so that Russia’s economic situation turning point. Coupled with Russia’s abundant resources, first-class talents, advanced science and technology, and people’s minds, they can also benefit from disadvantages in the process of economic globalization so that they will have broad prospects for the economic development in the 21st century.
