采用X-线相分析方法测定了电站锅炉用钢12Cr2MoWVTiB(102钢)在使用过程中碳化结构和数量的变化。结果是,MC型碳化物的数量基本保持不变。M_(23)C_6和M_6C型碳化物在使用初期数量增加,至8×10~4以后,数量的变化趋于稳定。
X-ray phase analysis was used to determine the structure and amount of carbonization of 12Cr2MoWVTiB (102 steel) used in power plant boiler. As a result, the amount of MC-type carbides remains essentially unchanged. The amount of M_ (23) C_6 and M_6C carbides increased at the initial stage of use, and the change of the number tended to be stable after 8 × 10 ~ 4.
