6月29日,《中华人民共和国安全生产法》获九届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议审议通过并将于11月1日起施行,标志着我国第一部全面规范安全生产的专门法律的诞生。近一个时期,重大事故频频发生在我们生活的周围。我国每天各类事故造成300人丧生,每年的经济损失相当惊人。新近出台的安全生产法,一个显著的特点就是在法律的基础上建立起安全生产事故责任追究体制。即把政府部门、生产经营单位、安全生产管理人员和从业人员在安全生产上的责任规定得十分明确,使安全生产的责任真正落实到了最基层。
