一是“过时论”。有人认为,企业思想政治工作是计划经济条件下管理职工的手段,随着市场经济体制的完善,应该悄然“退场”。这种思想忽略了一个重要的现实,就是在进入知识经济时代的过程中,以人为本的管理理念已经成为现代企业管理的主流,做人的思想工作在企业管理中的分量越来越重。所以,新时期的企业思想政治工作决非无用,而是任重道远、大有可为。
First, “outdated theory.” Some people think that the ideological and political work in enterprises is a means of managing staff and workers under the planned economy. With the improvement of the market economic system, it should quietly “exit.” This kind of thinking ignores an important fact that the concept of people-oriented management has become the mainstream of modern enterprise management in the process of entering the era of knowledge-based economy. The work of ideological and political work in enterprises has become more and more important in business management. Therefore, the ideological and political work in the new period is by no means useless, but with a long way to go and a bright future.
