When I was young， my father was always busy with his work. I could only see him on holidays. He was very strict，busy and cold. I even felt a little afraid of his love.
But things changed one night when I was ten years old. I had a bad headache and couldn’t stop coughing. When I was almost asleep， someone came into my room and sat next to my bed. Even though I knew who it was， I moved away immediately. When I opened my eyes， I could see tears on his face. The next early morning， my father took me on his back to the hospital and saw a doctor. He bought some medicine for me. After I got injections for 3 days， I felt better. Looking at the calendar， I suddenly realized that day was Father’s Day.
I once thought that my dad’s heart was like a rock. But everyone needs love. I learned a lot. Silent love comes from a strict father.
父亲的爱
当我很小的时候，我的父亲总是忙于他的工作。我只能在假期见到他。他非常苛刻，又忙又冷酷。我甚至对他的爱感到有些害怕。
但是在我10岁的一天晚上，情况发生了变化。我头痛得厉害，咳嗽不止。当我几乎要睡着的时候，有人来到我的房间，坐在我的床边。尽管我知道他是谁，但是我马上又翻过身去了。当我睁开眼睛时，我能看到他脸上的泪水。第二天一大早，父亲背我上医院看医生，随后给我买了一些治感冒的药，在打了3天针之后，我的病情好多了。看着日历，我突然意识到，那天就是父亲节。
我曾以为我爸爸的心就像一块石头。但每个人都需要爱。我学到了很多，默默而又温馨的爱则来自一个严格的父亲啊！
