野生大豆种皮颜色以黑色、双色为主。本文对不同种皮颜色的野生大豆的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量应用近红外反射光谱法进行快速测定。在测定大豆粗蛋白及粗脂肪含量上,其值与常规测定值进行了比较分析。结果表明,两种方法之间没有显著差异,用此法可以替代常规分析方法。
Wild soybean seed coat color to black, mainly two-color. In this paper, the rapid determination of crude protein and crude fat content of wild soybean with different seed coat colors by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy. In the determination of soybean crude protein and crude fat content, the value was compared with the conventional determination. The results show that there is no significant difference between the two methods, this method can replace the conventional analysis.
