现代管理理念告诉我们,要想提高教育工作的效率,更好地挖掘教师的创造潜能,必须从不同方面调动教师的教学积极性。而教师的教学是一项十分复杂的工作,不同个性的教师具有不同的教学特点。在学校管理中,我们必须承认人发展机制的复杂性,承认人的发展能动性,从关注人生命的整体发展出发去尊重教师的个性,把张扬教师个性作为学校管理的一个基本理念。
The concept of modern management tells us that if we want to improve the efficiency of education and tap the creative potential of teachers better, we must arouse teachers’ enthusiasm in teaching from different aspects. The teacher’s teaching is a very complex task, different personality teachers have different teaching characteristics. In school management, we must acknowledge the complexity of human development mechanism, admit human development initiative, respect the overall personality of teachers from the overall development of human life, and regard promoting individuality of teachers as a basic idea of school management.
