职业院校是高等教育体系中的一个十分重要的办学层次。在职业院校实际工作中基层学生管理直接面对学生奖学金、困难学生助学金的审核、发放工作;负责学生的休学、退学、请假、注册及新生入学、军训、毕业生离校等相关问题,这些因素容易诱发腐败。因此,从腐败源头抓起、从基层抓起、从管理和制度入手,建立高职院校基层学生管理职务风险防范机制,对于高职院校来说,显得尤为重要。
