国之大业,教育为本;教之大业,教师为本;育之大业,树人为本。为贯彻中央8号文件(《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》)精神,深化“两纲”(《上海市学生民族精神教育指导纲要》《上海市中小学生生命教育指导纲要》)的实施,2005年起,作为孵化培育德育优秀骨干F教师的“上海市中小学骨干教师德育实训基地”应运而生。十年间,上海分三批建立了19个实训基地,在学科育人、人才孵化、德育科研、服务育人等方面各具特色并卓有成效。

In order to implement the spirit of the No. 8 Document of the Central Government (“Several Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors”), deepen the “two guidelines” (“Guide for the Education of National Spirit of Shanghai Students”, “Life of Primary and Secondary School Students in Shanghai Education Guiding Outline ”). Since 2005, as a key teacher for cultivating moral education,“ Key Training Base for Moral Education of Primary and Secondary Schools in Shanghai ”has come into being. In the past ten years, Shanghai has set up 19 training bases in three batches, each with its own characteristics and excellent results in such fields as education of subjects, hatching of talents, research in moral education, education for serving people, and so on.
