采用高温高湿人工老化处理的方法,研究老化对大麦种子萌发早期胚乳内源激素的影响。结果表明:人工老化处理使4个大麦种子胚乳中赤霉素(GA_3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)、脱落酸(ABA)、油菜素内酯(BR)和茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)含量发生明显的变化。在种子吸水阶段,经老化处理的种子胚乳内GA_3、ZR和BR含量均低于未老化处理,而IAA和MeJA含量高于未老化处理;随着种子萌发,经老化处理的GA_3、ZR和BR含量逐渐高于未老化处理,而IAA和MeJA含量低于未老化处理;经老化处理的ABA含量在萌发过程中始终高于未老化处理。
The effects of aging on the endogenous hormones of early endosperm germination of barley were studied by artificial aging treatment at high temperature and high humidity. The results showed that GA 3, IAA, ABR, BR and JA were the main components of the endosperm of four barley seeds under artificial aging treatment. Significant changes in the content of methyl ester (MeJA). During seed water absorption stage, the contents of GA 3, ZR and BR in endosperm of aged seedlings were lower than those of unaged but IAA and MeJA contents were higher than those of untreated seedlings.
