2—(5—Br—2—吡啶偶所氦—5—二乙氦基苯酚(简称5—Br—PADAP)能与许多金属离子呈灵敏的顏色反应.本文讨论了钌与5—Br—PADAP形成络合物的条件、络合物的组成及其应用于钌的分光光度法测定,实验证明,钌与5-Br-PADAP在PH3.4—4.0的HAC-NaAc缓冲溶液中形成稳定而灵敏的红色络合物,其组成为钌:5-Br-PADAP=1:1,钌:5-Bt-PADAP=1:2,两种不同配位数络合物的最大吸收均在600纳米处;摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10~4和1.0×10~5;钌的含量在1—9和11—17微克/25毫升的范围内服从比耳定律,该法灵敏度高,运用于钌崔化剂中钌的测定,已获得良好的结果。
