本文中,我们试验了流动应力从43kgf/mm到104kgf/mm2的七种材料(包括结构钢、铝合金和钛合金)并且用扫描电镜测定了这些材料的伸张区宽度,其结果表明钝化线不决定于流动应力σflow而决定于杨氏模量E,并且给出下列关系式 SZW=-3.86 x 10-3+89.8J/E结果还表明,当裂纹具有一真实扩展时,伸张区宽度达到一临界值SZWc同时,我们可以根据 SZW~J关系利用 SZWc的概念确定 J1C。
In this paper, we tested seven materials (including structural steel, aluminum alloy and titanium alloy) with flow stress ranging from 43kgf / mm to 104kgf / mm2 and measured the width of the tensile zone of these materials with a scanning electron microscope.
