近几年尽管肿瘤治疗和手术技术已取得了很大进展,但大多数癌症患者仍因肿瘤的转移和复发而死亡。因此对肿瘤转移的发生及机制进行深入研究,以找出有效对策,已成为彻底攻克癌症的突出问题。本文对头颈部肿瘤转移的分子机制及其特点进行了综述。
In recent years, although cancer treatment and surgical techniques have made great progress, most cancer patients still die due to tumor metastasis and recurrence. Therefore, to conduct in-depth research on the occurrence and mechanism of tumor metastasis in order to find effective countermeasures has become a prominent problem to completely overcome cancer. This article reviews the molecular mechanisms and characteristics of head and neck cancer metastasis.
