目的:探讨病案教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法:于2015年9月到2016年9月间,在作者所在单位选择中职护理专业80例学生作为研究对象,将学生随机分为传统组(n=40)和病案组(n=40),所有学生均学习《内科护理》,对传统组学生进行传统教学法,对病案组学生进行病案教学法,统计对比两组学生的教学效果。结果:病案组学生考试平均成绩、教学满意度与传统组相比明显较高,P<0.05。结论:病案教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果显著,可推广运用。
Objective: To explore the application of medical record teaching method in medical nursing teaching. Methods: From September 2015 to September 2016, 80 cases of secondary nursing students were selected as study subjects, and the students were randomly divided into traditional group (n = 40) and medical record group (n = 40) , All students were learning “medical care”, the traditional group of students in traditional teaching methods, medical record case record students, statistical comparison of the teaching effect of two groups of students. Results: The test scores of students in medical record group were significantly higher than those in traditional group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of the medical record teaching method in the teaching of internal medicine nursing is significant and can be promoted and applied.
