目的:分析微生态制剂治疗新生儿黄疸的辅助作用。方法:将2016年3月-2017年2月安徽省儿童医院78例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象并根据随机数字表分组,分别39例。常规组采用常规蓝光治疗,微生态组在常规组基础上给予微生态制剂妈咪爱治疗。比较两组黄疸治疗效果;起效时间、黄疸消失时间;干预前后患儿血清胆红素水平、免疫指标。结果:微生态组黄疸治疗效果高于常规组,P<0.05;微生态组起效时间、黄疸消失时间短于常规组,P<0.05;干预前两组血清胆红素水平、免疫指标相近,P>0.05;干预后微生态组血清胆红素水平、免疫指标优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:微生态制剂治疗新生儿黄疸的辅助作用确切,可改善患儿免疫力,降低血清胆红素,起效快,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the auxiliary role of probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods: From March 2016 to February 2017, 78 neonates with neonatal jaundice from Children’s Hospital of Anhui Province were selected as study subjects and were divided into three groups according to random number table. The routine group was treated with conventional blue light, and the microbiological group was treated with the probiotics mommy on the basis of routine group. Comparison of two groups of jaundice treatment effect; onset time, jaundice disappear time; before and after intervention in children with serum bilirubin levels, immune indicators. Results: The efficacy of jaundice in the microbiological group was higher than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). The onset time of jaundice and the onset time of jaundice in the microbiological group were shorter than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The levels of serum bilirubin, P> 0.05. After intervention, serum bilirubin level and immune index in the microbiological group were better than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The adjuvant effect of probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is definite, which can improve children ’s immunity and reduce serum bilirubin, and has rapid onset and is worth promoting.
