产业集聚与人才集聚是增强区域竞争力的重要因素,两者对促进区域经济和社会发展起到了重要的推动作用。本文从探讨两者的互动关系出发,挖掘产业集聚和人才集聚间的相互作用机制。
Industrial agglomeration and talent pooling are important factors for enhancing regional competitiveness. Both of them play an important role in promoting regional economic and social development. Starting from exploring the interactive relationship between the two, this paper explores the mechanism of interaction between industrial agglomeration and talent agglomeration.
