在解剖教学中.学生解剖实习过的大体神经血管标本,由于肌肉和血管神经的损坏和拉断、每年需要淘汰一些废旧的标本.我们在教学瓶装标本制作过程中.利用此废旧标本取材.制作循环系统和神经系统全貌的瓶装标本,取得满意的效果.1 废旧尸体的处理 先将废旧尸体的两上肢于臂部中点处截断,两下肢于股部中段截断,保留胸腔的心肺和腹腔内的肾脏、肝脏.然后沿脊柱两侧10cm处剪断胸腹壁.2 全身动静脉的取材和制作 (1)首先在尸体的腹侧面,由四肢的远端向上解剖剥离动静脉,依次股动静脉、外、髂内、髂总动静脉全身血管及保留的脏器一同解剖游离下来.将保留的心脏和肺.分别解剖出冠状动脉及连接
