一、试验方法 磨损试验装置由芯砂混砂机改装而成,可同时做两个试样。试样用普通砂型铸造,机加工后,将磨损面抛光。试验磨料为水洗石英砂,其颗粒平均尺寸为250μm。磨损试样的铸铁成份见表1。以3%C非合金白口铁(9号铸铁)作为标准材料。所选择的1—8号铸铁的成份概括了工业用抗磨铸铁的含铬范围。随着含铬量的增加,共晶碳化物由M_3C型向M_7C_3型转变。为了确保亚共晶成份,铬量增加,碳量要减少,以避免粗大一次碳化物出现,使各种铸铁的共晶碳化物的性质比较接近。
