未成年人犯罪一直是各个国家重视的社会问题,也是媒体报道的重要内容。近些年,在媒体报道中,侵害犯罪未成年人隐私和权益的情况屡屡出现。本文以英国少年杀人案和重庆女孩虐童案的媒体报道为例研究,深入探讨在未成年人犯罪报道中,媒体应该如何更好得承担社会责任。
Juvenile delinquency has always been a social issue that various countries attach importance to, as well as an important part of media coverage. In recent years, there have been many reports of violations of the privacy and rights of juveniles under media coverage. This article takes the media coverage of juvenile murder cases in Britain and Chongqing girl abuse cases as an example to study in depth how media should undertake social responsibility better in juvenile delinquency reporting.
