上世纪80年代初期,音乐理论界围绕民歌概念问题进行了争论。宋大能、曾遂今等人认为时代变化了,应该拓宽民歌的概念,个人创作的民歌风歌曲也应该被称作民歌,而苗晶、裘正、彭国华等人认为民歌的概念不应随时代变化而变化,集体性和口头性依然是民歌的两大基本属性,概念的变化会对我国民歌的采集、整理工作造成混乱。笔者支持后一观点。
In the early 1980s, music theory circles debated the concept of folk songs. Song Daleng, Zeng Sui-nian and others now think that the times have changed. The concept of folk songs should be broadened. Folk-song songs made by individuals should also be called folk songs. Miao Jing, Qiu Zheng, Peng Guohua and others think that the concept of folk songs should not change with the times However, changes, collectivity and orality are still two basic attributes of folk songs. The change of concepts will cause confusion to the collection and arrangement of folk songs in our country. The author supports the latter point of view.
