磨擦振动焊(Friction Stir Welding)简称 FSW,在某些焊接应用方面具有革命性的效果,已经成为航天工业外烯料罐和其他一些在极端条件下使用装置的加工首选连接方法。在磨擦振动焊出现之前,美国国家航天局认为所有采用焊接处理的产品都是有缺陷的,因此焊接受到限制,不能用于航天工业。现在,由于磨擦振动焊优异的连接质量和性能而得到认可,并在短短的时间内在极端条件下的应用领域显示出了强大的生命力。 和熔焊一样,磨擦振动焊也是固相焊接技术,在磨擦表面焊里,塑化层为两维,而磨擦振动焊是三维,第三体如液体一样,但仍保持如固体一样。 Friction Stir Welding, or FSW for short, has been revolutionizing some welding applications and has become the preferred method of joining for aerospace industrial tanks and other machining applications under extreme conditions. Prior to the appearance of friction-vibration welding, NASA concluded that all welding products were defective and that welding was therefore restricted and could not be used in the aerospace industry. It is now recognized for its excellent connection quality and performance due to friction and vibration welding, and has shown great vitality in extremely short term applications. Like welding, friction welding is a solid-state welding technique. In the friction welding, the plasticization layer is two-dimensional, while the friction vibration welding is three-dimensional. The third one is like a liquid, but remains as a solid.
