目的 检测E -钙调素和P -钙调素在孕 1~ 12天小鼠子宫、滋养细胞等组织的表达特点 ,探讨两种钙调素在哺乳动物胚胎着床和发育以及早孕调节的相关性。方法 选用清洁级昆明种属小鼠 ,采用免疫组织化学SABC法对E -钙调素及P -钙调素在 1~ 12天孕龄小鼠子宫和滋养细胞的表达 ,进行定位、定量研究。结果 E -钙调素和P -钙调素广泛分布在早孕子宫肌层和内膜 ,但不同孕龄间的PU值差异显著 (P <0 0 5或 <0 0 1) ;在胚胎组织中 ,孕第 4天起E -钙调素的表达主要定位于细胞滋养层 ,自第 7天起开始在合体滋养层强表达 ;孕 1~ 8天内层细胞滋养层和外层合体滋养层均见P -钙调素强表达 ,自孕 9天起表达强度降低。结论 两种钙调素在早孕小鼠子宫和胚胎组织中均呈特异性规律表达 ,推断钙调素与早孕胚胎发育、孕卵着床及早孕调节密切相关
Objective To detect the expression of E - calmodulin and P - calmodulin in the uterus and trophoblast cells of mice from 1 to 12 days of pregnancy and to explore the correlation between the two calmodulin in embryo implantation, development and early pregnancy regulation Sex. Methods Kunming mice of clean grade were selected and the expression of E - calmodulin and P - calmodulin in the uterus and trophoblast of mice of 1 ~ 12 days pregnant age were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. Results E - calmodulin and P - calmodulin were widely distributed in the myometrium and intima of early pregnancy, but there was significant difference in PU value between different gestational age (P <0 05 or <0 0 1). In embryonic tissue From the 4th day of pregnancy, the expression of E - calmodulin was mainly located in the cytotrophoblast and strongly expressed in the syncytiotrophoblast beginning on the 7th day. The inner layer of trophoblast and the outer layer of syncytiotrophoblast in the 1st to 8th day of gestation were all seen P - Calmodulin is strongly expressed, and its intensity is decreased from 9 days after pregnancy. Conclusions Both calmodulin expressions were regularly expressed in the uterus and embryonic tissues of early pregnant mice.
