目的对2015年11月至2016年10月来我院生殖中心就诊的2360例不孕不育患者进行染色体核型分析,探讨染色体异常与生殖异常的关系。方法对不孕不育患者进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,G显带后进行染色体核型分析。结果不孕不育患者中检查出异常核型148例,异常比率6.27%(148/2360)其中常染色体结构异常86例,罗伯逊易位16例,性染色体异常46例。结论染色体异常是生殖异常的主要原因之一,对不孕不育患者进行染色体检查是必要的。
Objective To analyze the chromosomal karyotypes of 2360 infertile patients who came to our reproductive center from November 2015 to October 2016 to investigate the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and reproductive abnormalities. Methods Infertility patients with peripheral blood lymphocyte culture, G banding after chromosome karyotype analysis. Results There were 148 cases of abnormal karyotype detected in infertile patients, with an abnormal rate of 6.27% (148/2360), including 86 cases of autosomal abnormalities, 16 cases of Robertson’s translocation and 46 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the major causes of reproductive abnormalities. It is necessary to carry out chromosome examination on infertile patients.
