党的十三大以后中央提出沿海地区进一步开放,发展外向型经济,积极参与国际经济大循环的战略决策。我省有色工业基础薄弱,如何在短时间内迅速崛起并参与国际经济大循环,就需要认真研究国内外同行业的发展规律,并根据我省实际情况制定相应对策。本文对此进行点滴探索。
Since the Thirteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic decision of the central authorities to further open up the coastal areas and develop an outward-oriented economy and actively participate in the global economic cycle. In our province, the non-ferrous industrial base is weak.
