青岛市于2003年开始探索建立劳动保障守法诚信制度,在总结多年经验的基础上,通过建章立制、数据共享、查管结合等措施,建立了“综合评价、分类监管、双向激励”的用人单位劳动保障诚信制度,基本实现了对全市用人单位的分类监管。青岛市劳动保障监察局进一步完善了青岛市劳动保障守法诚信制度建设,初步营造了“构建诚信、惩戒失信”的社会用工氛围。2016年度,纳入劳动保障守法诚信等级评价的用人单位47718
